Freezing rain today, stray weekend shower

Kristin's Weather 12-15

Changes are on the way today! A cold front will move in from the west with rain and freezing rain chances. Besides some spotty drizzle and mist this morning, the commute to work will be dry. Our chances for freezing rain will go up after 10 AM today with the best chance around lunchtime. Watch out for slick roads if traveling! The freezing rain will slide east into Walla Walla and Pendleton by early afternoon before drying out this evening.

This weekend, we will have some sunshine returning! Saturday look for a mixture of sunshine and clouds with afternoon highs in the low 40s. More clouds expected on Sunday with a slight chance for a few rain showers. Afternoon highs on Sunday will be in the low 40's.

Next week, a stray shower will be possible Monday with a better rain chance on Tuesday afternoon and evening. Early on Wednesday morning, there will be a chance of a rain and snow mix. Temperatures next week will climb above average with upper 40's Monday, low 50's Tuesday and back into the low 40's Wednesday.

SUNDAY: Mostly cloudy, few showers, highs in the low 40's.
