Weekend Preview: Winterhop Brewfest, Tri-Cities Sportsmen Show and Windy Wizardress of Walla Walla
KENNEWICK, Wash. — Here’s a look at events happening around our region this weekend.
16th Annual Winterhop Brewfest
Breweries from around the Northwest will be at various downtown Ellensburg businesses with live local music.
WHEN: Saturday, Jan. 18 from 12 – 5 p.m.
WHERE: Downtown Ellensburg

27th Annual Tri-Cities Sportsmen Show
Their main attraction is “A Walk on the Wild Side” where you can learn about and see live wild cats in person. They’ll also hunting seminars, cooking demonstrations and local vendors with giveaways daily. Kids can try out the rifle range and fish in the pond for a chance to win prizes.
WHEN: Friday, Jan. 17 from 1 – 7 p.m.
Saturday, Jan. 18 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday, Jan. 19 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (*Kids Day – discounted rate)

The Windy Wizardess of Walla Walla
Catch Walla Walla Dance Company’s production of the Windy Wizardess of Walla Walla. When technology and industry have taken over the planet and mother nature has gone into hiding, watch four bright kids journey to find the sunshine of the wonderful wizardess.
