Sneaky, sneaky!

A driver in Western Washington was busted for using a Sharpie to color in their car tabs, in order to avoid paying for new ones.

Washington State Patrol troopers were heading north on I-5 in Lynnwood when they spotted the car with an unusual license plate tab. When they looked closer, they noticed someone had used a black pen to change the green 2018 tab to the current black 2019 tab.

Sneaky, sneaky!! This driver was issued a $228 ticket for their expired vehicle tab. Their coloring skills are kind of on point ‍♀️but not good enough to sneak past a Snohomish County Trooper! #aforeffort #nicetry pic.twitter.com/lMfJQL0glF
