…WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM PDT THIS EVENING…

The National Weather Service in Pendleton has issued a Wind
Advisory…which is in effect until 6 PM PDT this evening.

* WINDS…West 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.

* TIMING…Strong west winds are already occurring this morning
and are forecast to continue into the afternoon hours. Winds
will begin to decrease during the early evening hours.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 35 mph are expected. Winds
this strong can make driving difficult…especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
