A New Jersey woman was charged with drunken driving after she showed up to the police station to pick up a man being held for a DWI.

The Associated Press reports Melissa Vitale, 49, arrived to the station appearing to be impaired. Police administered field sobriety tests–which she failed–and subsequently made the arrest.

It is not known if Vitale has a lawyer.
