Yakima police nvestigating two separate shootings from over the weekend
YAKIMA, Wash. — Yakima police are investigating two separate shootings from over the weekend.
The first took place Saturday around 4:30 a.m. near North first and East “F” street, injuring 23-year-old Enrique Cordova.
He was conscious and able to communicate with police.
The second shooting was reported by residents on Sunday around 1:40 p.m. at the intersection of North Sixth and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
No injuries were reported.
Police are trying to determine if the shootings are gang-related.
