Yakima Valley Library holds its annual Big Book Sale
YAKIMA, Wash. — Yakima Valley Library hosted its fall 50 cents Big Book Sale on Saturday.
Over 4,000 books were on sale today in the garage of the library from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
People were able to find books on politics to cooking books.
Trustee with the library, Dan Scifert, said all of the money raised during the book sale will go to the library.
“The money will help us have more author appearances,” said Scifert. “It will also support community reading programs.”
The library hosts its book sale twice a year during fall and spring.
The next book sale is expected to be in April.
